Taking Care of Business

Michael and I are starting to meet with vendors.  This is so exciting (and a little tiring)!  I'm really looking forward to trying on dresses!  I think that's going to be one of the most exciting moments during this whole wedding planning process.

IT'S OFFICIAL!!!

AUGUST 23, 2014...it's official, Michael and I have set our wedding date!!  I'm so excited.  Now we can really start planning and booking vendors.  I'm so happy and honored that we're having our reception at Anna and Greg's house.  They are truly wonderful.  I feel so grateful to have wonderful friends like them.  

I can't believe Michael and I are getting married!  He is the love of my life :-)

Awesome Monikka

Thanksgiving was such a wonderful day.  Not only did I get to spend time with family, but awesome Monikka brought out all kinds of stuff from her wedding.  I'm using her veil, flower girl basket and gloves, candle accessories, a guest book and beautiful pen and all kinds of other stuff.  I'm so appreciative of Monikka.  I'm glad she's one of my bridesmaids :-)

Say NO To The Dress

Right now my baby and I are watching Say Yes To The Dress on TLC.  He doesn't want to see me walk down the aisle in a one shoulder gown lol.

Visiting Fam

I can't wait for my So Cal family to meet Michael.  In 1 week we will be in So Cal and the fam gets to meet him.  This will be a great experience in our lives :-)

Motherly Wishes

Michael and I received a card from my mom congratulating our engagement.  When your family (especially your mother) likes your fiance/fiancee, that's always a good sign :-).

The Bumpy Road of Wedding Planning

So many ideas, so much planning.  It can be kind of stressful when there are bumps.  I have the best fiance.  He loves me, cares for me and works with me.  He is definitely the man I'm going to spend the rest of my life with.

Newly Engaged

Day 3 of being an engaged woman and I'm still on cloud 9.  It is 5:17 AM and I'm too excited to sleep.  I can't wait to marry the love of my life.  Michael is my dark knight in shining armor.  I will always love him.  We are a team.  Like Michael says, I'm stuck with him :-).
